Charles Nduka is co-founder and chief scientist. His first foray in VR was in 1994 as part of a project on surgical training.  He is a facial surgeon and internationally recognised expert in disorders of facial expression. Charles has been awarded a number of awards and research grants, including from the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), the Wellcome Trust, InnovateUK, and the Nominet Trust. He co-founded Emteq in 2015 to develop the ability to track and transmit facial expressions in VR and AR.
